No seats, no setup fees, no minimums, no upfront spend. InTandm takes a 10% commission on the net revenue of each attributed subscription payment — we only earn when a partnership does.

The money flow

Where each payment goes, in order

The same formula the ledger runs on every verified payment — nothing self-reported, nothing to reconcile.

Gross subscription payment

What the customer pays, on any platform.

App-store fee comes off first

0% via web checkout, 15% under the Apple/Google small-business programs, 30% standard. Store-reported taxes, where applicable, also reduce the basis.

Net revenue — the basis for every share

Everything below is a percentage of this number, so nobody earns a cut of money that never arrived.

Creator share + InTandm's 10%

The creator earns their contracted share (30% by default) and InTandm earns 10% — both of net revenue.

The developer keeps the remainder

Store and web-checkout payouts land in the developer's account directly, as always. InTandm invoices the creator share and the 10% afterwards, from a ledger both sides can see — nothing is escrowed.

Worked examples

One $10.00 payment, three storefronts

At the default 30% creator share. The only thing that changes is the store fee — every share follows from what's left.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Are there any fixed fees?

No. No seats, no setup fees, no monthly minimums, no charge for joining. InTandm earns 10% of the net revenue of attributed subscription payments — and nothing else.

Why are shares computed on net revenue instead of gross?

App stores take their fee before anyone else sees the money — typically 15% under the Apple and Google small-business programs, 30% otherwise, and 0% for web checkout. Every share on InTandm, including our own 10%, is computed from what's actually left after that fee. It keeps the split honest: nobody earns a percentage of money that never arrived.

Do app-store fees change what the creator earns?

Yes — shares are computed from net revenue, so the store fee comes off the top first. On a $10.00 payment at the 15% small-business fee, $8.50 is the net basis: a creator on the default 30% share earns $2.55. Via web checkout the same payment nets $10.00 and the creator earns $3.00.

What does the 10% include?

Everything that makes the partnership run: hands-on creator matching and monetization guidance, multi-path attribution, RevenueCat verification of every event, the append-only earnings ledger, Stripe payouts to creators, automatic invoicing, and refund handling.

Does InTandm hold my revenue?

No. Developers receive their store and web-checkout payouts directly, exactly as before. InTandm invoices the creator's share plus our 10% afterwards, from an immutable ledger both sides can see — nothing is escrowed.
